10 Years married.....

Nancy and Dallas Wedding

Tonight we were all in Tyler's room giving him a little bath and looking at his battle wounds. As Dallas was holding down Tyler's legs and Grayson was giving him a kiss, I was wiping off the iodine and and hoping to curb the itching, I looked up into this sweet mans face and saw tears. He said it broke his heart to feel the muscles want to move but us telling him not to move.

The man with tears, the sweet, gentle and caring man..... he is the one I married 10 years ago.  He is the one that I want to curl up to at night. He is the one I want to snuggle with in the morning. He is the one I want to nudge when everyone is up way to early. He is the one I want to be there when I have hours to wait in a hospital room. He is the one I want to hug when life is just a little to tough for me to handle on my own.

I am so thankful that I am married to this amazing person. I am the lucky one!!

Happy Anniversary to Us!!

On June 4th 2005, Dallas actually showed up in Orangeville Utah where we were married at my parents little town. We had a great reception and we went to Price for our first night. And awkwardly enough, the town of price has 3 hotels and his Grandma and Grandpa were our Neighbors.  It was awkward.

Our awesome room had a Dumb and Dumber heart shapped tub, and I had a million and one bobbie pins in my hair. We ran and got food and brought home a pizza, and just crashed.

It was the start of the most emotion filled and hardest year of my life. It hasn't really slowed down and we have the WORST luck in the entire word. But we have made it.

One year late on June 10th 2006 we were sealed in the Manti Temple. Less than 4 days after our son had another brain surgery. The room was filled with supportive people in our lives and in walked my mom carrying my miracle baby into a room so he could be sealed to us forever.

Dallas was in San Fran and I was home but we went out, enjoyed some time as a family wile we waited for our dad to get home. But over all, I love my life.

 For eternity and beyond!!!

We made it one more day......

Tyler has made it one year since the night of his seizure. It was the most horrifying thing to walk into and watch my poor sweet hero have a seizure. Having no control over his body. It was and still is something that makes my tummy hurt.

Since that day, we have graduated from Ty sleeping in our bed, to sleeping ON the floor in our bedroom, to sleeping with a video monitor, to me checking on him a million and ONE times, to me checking on him,  3-5 times a night. Someday, I will stop checking on him, but really, I probably won’t.

His seizure was such a hard thing for us in our world. We thought we were home free from anymore crap. It was the longest 20 minutes of our lives. It was the hardest thing we ever had to do, was to follow him to the hospital. To watch him be snowed. To watch him be sick.

There was so much home stress leading up to the seizure. There was parental stress leading the way the rest of the month. Our whole life changed that month.

Ty stayed home from school while we got some new behaviors under control. We were really just scared to have him out of our sight. We sent him back after break. We saw 2 neurologists to make sure we got on the right path.

We lived in fear of the next one.

We still live in fear of the next one.

We saw his new neurologist and she said he was doing great. He was happy and hopping around all over the office. She said ONE MORE YEAR and we can look at an EEG and decide if we need to do meds.

We made it this year. We can do hard things.

Happy anniversary..... to Tyler

The 4th of June was mine and Dallas' anniversary. I wanted to get him something that we both could enjoy but that he has wanted. I generally let him buy whatever he wants and then just tell him it was his anniversary ( or whatever occasions) present. But this year I was on a quest.

We went to Aunt Jennifer's store ( Smith's Marketplace!) and looked and looked. We found just what we wanted too! We bought it and Ty was so excited. When he talked to his dad on the phone he even spilled the beans but you couldn't understand a thing he was saying because he was so excited he was talking to fast.

I thought we should maybe wrap it to keep Tyler's mind off it and then he won't tell our surprise till his dad was ready. The wrapping was totally GHETTO!!
So ghetto that when Ty asked for bow ties on his present we used old ribbon. The paper was not big enough to cover everything so I let Ty draw on the box. It was ghetto!

We had found a inexpensive fire pit for outside. Ty was so incredibly excited. He was so happy that we decided we would go ahead and put it together and use it. It was so cold. But Ty was determined.

He carried around the bag of marshmallows for HOURS till we got everything set up and food eaten for the night. He was so excited. We put on our winter clothes and headed outside with marshmallows in tow and cold cold weather and wind.

The wind was blowing so bad we couldn't even get the dura flame log to stay lit. We finally resorted to scout juice so we could get it burning. But Ty was all ready.

He kept repeating over and over how he was so happy. He loved the fire and was so excited to make smores.

He was getting his stick ready and just waiting for it to be warm enough to make the marshmallow warm.

His first bite of a smore. He never ate them before and I was pleasantly surprised that he chomped on down. He handed me his other marshmallow that I put in my pocket and later found in the WASHER!

Just cause I really think he is cute!!

These 2 had a great time. I think the present was a good surprise for everyone. Ty kept saying that his dad is going to be so excited when he sees it. I think we all are excited. Even more so to have friends over.

Dallas

Since he is trying to sleep and I am still awake waiting for Grayson to decide he wants to move I thought I would get this up for his long week with out us!

We finally made it to six WHOLE years of being married. Though we didn't "date" much longer than that I couldn't have asked for a better person to be married to. I couldn't ask for a better person to have a family with and one to go through Hell and back.

Nancy and Dallas Wedding
Starting a journey that will take us a million other places.
Salt Lake Tribune Pictures
A journey of watching our son, and then decide to live. Over and over. His sick body couldn't make up his mind. But we loved him. And stood over him for months. As we waited to see what he would become.
Dads bud
As a husband I saw him transform and have a special place for this little boy. Always willing to help him to get where he needed to go. Be by his side. Love him.... always.

IMG_6687.jpg
Teaching him the right things to do to be happy. The things that make them both happy. Each other .
IMG_0183.jpg
And last but not least, his patience, love and genuine LOVE for this little boy. Makes me so glad that baby Grayson will get to be loved by my sweetheart.
Through the last six years we have had to sit back and watch while our sweetest little man literally walked the line of living and dying. So many times we sat and watched as he would stop breathing and with tears in our eyes, start begging him to breathe again.

We have watched Tyler have brain surgery after brain surgery after brain surgery just to get him stabilized enough to be OK. Reconstructive surgery for his brain to not be pressed to tight and then of course, the luck of the draw getting the recalled shunt.

Ty was in the hospital 2 days before we were suppose to be sealed together. We had to leave him with my sister the DAY after he had brain surgery to go to the temple for Dallas. We had to work so hard to get what we needed and wanted.

An Eternal Family.

Together we have worked through both of us having stressful jobs, Never seeing each other to pay off debt, money in the bank to money NOT in the bank. Car accidents, shunt revisions ( brain surgeries). Living a wonderful, amazing journey in Arizona. Feeling like we are/were near poverty back in Utah and then fertility problems. All in the last 4 years.

Today, we have each other. We have that piece of paper we worked so hard to get and are working even harder to maintain. We have a sweet, hard, overwhelming little boy. One that is spoiled by everyone. One that will be in our care for the rest of our lives. And one that is truly ours. He is a JOY in every sense of the word. He is strung a little tight around the edges but loves just like his dad.

And last by not least, Sweet Baby Grayson. He is as calm as he could be whenever Dallas is around. NO moving, no kicking no nothing. Just calm gentle movements. I am SURE we are raising a daddy's boy on this one.

I feel so lucky and so complete with T, Dallas and Grayson. They complete me. Though the wedding was about us, the marriage is about them. About living a life together that is a nurturing, caring and respectful of each other and a partnership to those 2 kids and to each other.

A really big thanks should go out to his mom ( and dad).... Who raised the most sweet, caring, loving and devote husband. To them I will always be indebted.

Happy Anniversary Dallas.

May the next year be even better, calmer and involve less insurance :)

5th Anniversary

On June 4Th I married my best friend. He has become MORE of my best friend as the years have gone by.

This last week we were able to get away from real life for a few days. We stayed in Logan at the Anniversary Inn. We were able to go to my favorite little restaurant and have 2 days of just us. That hasn't happened in a while.

What I appreciate most is that he is riding our roller coaster together. The first night after Tyler was born we were sitting on my hospital bed after going to see our very sick little boy and a sweet nurse brought in cookies and juice. She sat down and said that this will either make or break your marriage.

I can honestly say that it has made our marriage. Neither of us would ever think of going at this alone. I can honestly say that I wouldn't want to do it alone and I am glad that I have him to wake up to every morning.

He is a hard worker and does everything he can to provide for Tyler and I. He does an amazing job at it too. He sometimes works to hard ! He is the best dad. I love the look of love in his eyes when he looks at our baby.

He is more than willing to make sure that I am happy and have everything I need or want. ( Including some high priced baby making drugs and I am NOT talking about clomid!) I am seriously so happy.

I love him.

I think I love him MORE everyday.

Happy Shunt-aversary!

February 13Th Marks the official one year mark of the last Shunt malfunction and revision. It isn't the last but making it a year is HUGE... HUGE!

Shunts scare me. They are something I never thought I could deal with. they were not something I thought I could handle. But we have done it. I still freak out when we get throwing up. I freak when something is off but I no longer long for a CT scan in my basement that I can stick him in. I trust that my instinct, Dallas and IMPRESSIVE vomiting and a pediatrician that loves him will get us where we need to go.

Here is our September 2008 revision :

<span class=

Because he was so sick he had to have it done quickly and so his hair was not fully shaved. We asked on he next revision to shave it al off.. PLEASE!

Tyler

This is him the next day at home.. Safe and sound. Just where I like him.

Shunts scare me because I have to watch my baby die. Literally. The brain shuts down his heart rates, we can't keep him awake and he is vomiting in hopes that his head will lose pressure by throwing up. He can't focus, sit up or do anything. The longer we wait to take him in the lower his heart rate and the more emergency we become.

I am so thankful for my baby tonight. I look at him and wonder how I made such a beautiful little person. How lucky I am that I am his mom. And that he is an ordinary miracle.

February: The anniversary month

This February starts a Wonderfully busy month of anniversaries for us! In fact if we can get through it we will be looking at much better odds.

Our average for Valentines spent together as a couple is 1 in 4.. we are hoping to make that 2-5. What do you think our odds are of getting to spend that day OUTSIDE a hospital?

What has kept up in the hospital for this day:

Feb14, 2006 Tyler was scheduled for his first craniosynostosis surgery. It meant a week in the ICU and a day or 2 in the infant unit. Cranisosynostosis is the premature fusion of his sutures in his head. We were told at that time it was less than one percent chance we would be doing this again.

Feb 14th 2007: Tyler was the one percent and we had to do a total skull reconstruction in the mean time Dallas was trying to get us ready to move to a new state.

Feb.14th 2008 We got to spend together because his seizure monitoring went faster than normal and they were able to get him home faster. So it was the FIRST time we spend valentines TOGETHER.

Feb14th 2009 was met with a child in the ICU at banner desert from emergency brain surgery. So all plans we had were canceled to prepare for him to come home. Home coming from brain surgery includes all carpets cleaned from top to bottom. All surfaces bleach and floors scrubbed till you can eat on them .

So what predictions can you make for Feb.14Th this year?

Four years ago Dallas and I were married. I can't believe how fast the time goes, yet at the same time how long it seems. We had a fast engagement but we have had an amazing marriage. Mostly because he is such an amazing person and husband.

The day of our wedding I was waiting for him to get there so we could head to the church. He was driving with some friends of his and they were late from the time we had agreed he would be there. I thought for sure he would get cold feet and not come. It was always a joke that he thought I wouldn't show up but I was so in love with him.

I was so excited and so nervous. He was and is the man of my dreams. He is exactly what I needed and still need. He is so much fun. He is the best dad to Tyler. There is this little sparkle when those two are together. I honestly think that each day he falls more and more in love with that little dude every single day.

I think I fall in love with both of them. But EVERY single day Dallas does something that makes me sit back and think WOW. I am super lucky to have found him. Not a day goes by that he doesn't say I am pretty or that I make him happy or he loves me. He is always doing something for me and Tyler.

He works so hard for me and Tyler. He provides so well for us and we are so proud of him in more ways that we can ever name. Not to mention he the most patient person in the world. In a house of 2 stubborn people his patients is amazing.

The start of our marriage was pretty intense. Ty was so sick. It made us both rely so much on each other. There were times that he was a mess and times that I was a mess. They were never on the exact same day. Which made it work. He was always so cute and so tender and sweet holding Tyler. It made me smile everyday. He has always stood with me when we had to make hard choices regarding our family. He has had to listen to me worry and wonder. He has had to carry us through rough times. But he has always done it so tender and caring. Never has he been angry, upset or even mad.

One of the best characteristics he has is his ability to love. He loves me unconditionally. With out question I am very taken care of and very loved. I can say the same for Tyler. Ty watches every single night for his dad to roar at him and chase him down the hall. He looks for him every morning when he wakes up on his way to find mom. He grabs Dallas head to blow on his tummy. They are best buds. It makes me love Dallas so much more to see him be a father to his son.

I have made D come to more than his fair share of appointments to hold Tyler down. He has such a way with both of us to calm all fears right away. He gently talks to both of us. He never seems to be in a hurry.

Most of all. I can't think of a single person that I would rather spend eternity with than Dallas. I can't think of a single day that I don't think of him a million times. That I don't want to serve as my companion. That I would want to go through all of my bad luck times with. That I wouldn't want to have children with. And that I wouldn't want to love with all my heart.

I love you Dallas. Thank you for always taking care of me. For picking up my messes. For calling the insurance companies a million times because I can't stop hitting other cars. And for working so hard for our family. You are the best husband. I am the lucky one.

Countdown to Vacation

Sometimes I wonder if visiting in laws. outlaws and parents, or whatever you want to call them, is really considered a vacation. In order to go I feel like I have to overload our schedules to make sure that everything got done before we go. And sometimes things just happen to land on the week we are leaving, making it a busy busy week.

To add insult to injury I just spent 4.5 hours reading a online driving course that had many typos and tried to insert humor. It even spent the amount of time you spent on a page. So if you were a fast reader you had to entertain yourself for 1-3 minutes while the timer counted down.

Today was the first day to start off our week. Dallas has had insomnia for about 2 weeks now. His meds for his insomnia are apparently NOT working. I, being the very supportive wife I am, have taken full advantage of his early morning rising to sleep in. Why not ? He is only getting about 2 hours of sleep and is up around 4 am. Just in time for Tyler to wake up. You read right 4 am. SOMETHING has to be in the water in this house.

We got the jeep back for about 3 days last week and had to take it back. A few things weren't working right so we had to take it back. Normally that isn't such a huge deal but this week it is a huge huge deal.

Because Dallas and I are going to be going to different places for vacation ( yes you read that right as well) we have a lot to do to get each other ready to head off to two different places. And because of the above mentioned insomnia today was a good indicator of how busy the week will be.

Dallas started the day with Ty around 4 am. Dallas sent Ty back to bed and he woke for good around 6. Dallas was nice enough to stay up and feed, change and play with Ty. At around 8 Dallas came in and Ty and I leave for the morning. We checked my mail and played and read books. Woke up D to head to his docs appointment for new meds and we got ready for our busy afternoon.

I feed Tyler at noon and hope he eats fast enough for us to get out of the house one. We have to be out on time because this appointment is a beast to be late for. We leave at exactly 12:58. We have to travel to St. Joe's in downtown Phoenix. I am getting super good at finding my way to 7th street ( or is it ave) and we make it before 2.. barely. Only we find that our appointment isn't till 2:30. Given the drama we had last appointment I was fine with being early.

*side note* While waiting in the waiting room you run into a million people. Because of the type of doc it is the disabilities of the people are usually very apparent. Today a really cute mom who's daughter had severe CP went from patient to patient introducing herself and her daughter and touching ( which I cringe thanks to the NICU mom in me) and being so nice. She sat next to Ty and asked what his diagnosis is. I told her and she was so sweet. She said she would have had no idea. That it was obvious to her that we work hard with him. Ty looked up at her and smiled and then waved at the little girl and the mom tried to get this little girls hand opened and Ty reached up and took her hand and danced with her. It was super cute..What amazing spirits they all have. *

The appointment got us in around 2:40 and only lasted about 20 minutes and we were out the door, with new appointments for botox in the works. We head out to the parking lot and head home. We stop at the grocery store for dinner and head home.

Leaving at one, getting home at 5. Day one

Tomorrow we have Physical therapy, occupational therapy and music therapy. I have to take the rest of my driving test. And some time find a way to get BACK into the dentist. The root canal apparently doesn't work because my tooth is killing me.

Wednesday we are having to head back into the city with a prescription for titanium braces and smo's. And to make it to our new speech time. Dallas also goes into Scottsdale but we only have one car. And I need to make it into the chiropractor.

Thursday is kinda a lazier day. But is our anniversary. So with all our week busy busy we are hoping to get out and have a dinner or something before we embark on our vacations. Did I mention I have to pack for 2 and make sure #3 is all set to go before Ty and I leave the valley of the sun......

Oh it makes me tired.

But 3.5 days to go. Weather better stay lower than 100......

UTAH (and San Fran for D) here we come...

Happy Would have Should have Birthday!

My dearest Miracle baby,

Words cannot express to you my feelings at this point in our journey. For three years we have been on a journey that has had tears, laughter, joy, gratitude, faith and most of all LOVE. In three years I have learned so much from you.

You came to me in the smallest of packages. The smallest package that I have ever seen. Size didn't matter though because the second I saw you I was in love.
The first time I was told we were having you, I was in awe of you.
The first thump of your heartbeat told me you were real and that my life would NEVER be the same.

Words cannot express how much I love you.

Everyday I look at you and wonder if you know. I wonder if know that you are loved. I wonder if you know how much you are loved. I wonder if you know how much we wanted you. I wonder if you know the things we know you will accomplish.

Every day I fall in love with you.

You can be anything you want to be. You have defied so many odds and you will continue to defy those odds.We know you will be the best Tyler and no matter what you have 2 people who adore you.

Tyler, you are my hero.
You are so amazing.
You are handsome
You are sweet
You are smart
You are strong.
You are a miracle.
You are my miracle.

You are mine....

Happy Would have should have birthday! I love you forever.

LOVE,

Your mommy

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad

I just wanted to take the time to tell my parents happy anniversary!

They have been married for 31 years years. They are each others best friends and have such a great time with those 7 grandchildren and Nicky ( sorry Nicky.. had to say it)!!!

Some marriage facts on my Parents:
  • Engaged after one real "date"
  • Wrote letters to each other for my dads 2 year mission.
  • My dad did not pick out her ring but my dads sisters Luann and Marry did the dirty deed for him
  • They were married in The Ogden temple. My moms cousin forgot his pants!!
  • My moms wedding dress was sown by my Grandma Nell. Its is a simple dress but was very elegant.
  • My parents were farmers for the first several years of their marriage.
  • They lived in Cornish Utah.
  • 2 of their 4 children served missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints.
  • 3 of the 4 have received their Associates in College
  • 1 of the 4 have gotten a bachelors ( although I am 3 semesters short)
  • 1 of the 4 have gotten a Doctors degree.
  • 3 of the 4 have been married
  • 1 of the 4 is the Favorite Aunt to 6 kids ( that would be YOU Nicky)
  • They have lived in the same house for 20 years and have had to change their address
  • They are the grandparents to 6 kids.
  • 2 of the grand kids have special medical needs
  • 3 grand kids live out of state
  • Their dream vacation would be to be totally surrounded by those 6 grand kids watching them be happy.
As you can see by the photo above they are very happy people. They are loved by many. When Kayden was diagnosed with Kidney disease they had their faith tested. Ty came along not so long after and tested their faith again. With the ups and Downs of all six kids their faith has been tested.

They have come out on top every time. They don't realize how strong they really are.

My list of what they have done for me
  • Gave birth to me and raised me well.
  • Taught me to love my neighbor
  • Taught me to be giving and understanding
  • Taught me to have faith
  • Moved me a million and one times
  • Made me throw away shoes
  • Taught me that if I didn't clean up my room it would be packed into garbage bags and I would have to pay to get them back
  • Socks will smell if you wear them all week.
  • Encouraged me to go to college
  • Supported me when I got married
  • was there EVERY weekend to love on Tyler when he was sick
  • Came up in the middle of the night when I told my dad about Ty needing a shunt
  • Sat with us for surgeries that lasted more than five hours
  • Sent me on a mission
  • Let me take my baby to Arizona
As you can see they are busy people. Thank you mom and dad for all you have done

SOOOOOO...... leave me a memory of my parents. I know you all have them. AND my sisters read my blog so I should have at least 2. Chantel.. You count as well. So I have 3!!

( That is my kid that looks all pissed and NOTHIN like any one else )

Here are a few random pictures from my wedding and the engagement!!

The HOT TUB Heart in the fancy super 8 hotel in Price Utah..

The best three years... and forever to come!

Today is our 3rd anniversary. What a great and wonderful three years it has been. Most who know me and Dallas know our story. And most know all we have been through. Those that don't ... well now you will.

It started like this!!

My story: I went on a mission and got back around 2003. I moved back to Provo and jumped right into working and school. I was waiting for my "missionary" to come home and then we would start our life together. Well that SO didn't work. The missionary was an off and on again thing. It was a mess and he was a mess. Anyway, I decided to really get out of the relationship and head off to Logan a good three hours away from the "missionary." Best move of my whole life. NO REGRETS at all. Deciding that the missionary was a disaster I decided to sign up on line and see how it went. I mean how bad could it be right?

Wrong! Several dates were horrible. I went on one date and we ended up sitting at a truck stop waiting for a "friend" of my date so we could drop him off at the bus station. I called my dad in the middle of the date and told him to call in five minutes and say I was needed someplace else. I mean BAD dates. I stopped the online thing after a while. Dated a lot in Logan and decided to try again. And I found Dallas.

Dallas and I started talking about January. Not for a long time and nothing to serious. After a major disaster and fight with Missionary ( I told you it was off again on again) I decided that I wanted to met Dallas. He just seemed to be so nice. In fact he was so sweet I wondered if he was for real.

My big test was seeing if the boy would come to me and not the other way around. So I asked him if he wanted to meet. He said yes and that he would come to me. I didn't go to work that night and had a huge research paper I had procrastinated doing so I thought the best way for him to "meet" me was just hanging out at my house.

Dallas drove the 2 hours to Logan. We met and we headed to the library on campus for my research project. He was such a good sport and he sat there and talked with me while I did my paper. ( Luckily the paper was on something I was all ready familiar with and it didn't take a lot of concentration)

My first impressions of Dallas were how sweet he was. I also noticed he was SUPER quiet. Anyone who knows me or my family know that we are NOT super quiet but as I got to know him I found something totally NOT quiet.. but not loud either. Just perfect.

Anyway that first night we talked well into the night. It was to late for him to drive home and so he stayed in Logan. He has insomnia ( which I didn't know at the time) and he stayed up ALL night. Then he drove down to Salt Lake and had to work all day. He was such a trooper.

He came up that weekend and we went out to dinner and watched movies at my apartment. From that weekend on any time I had 2 days off work at a time I would drive down. ( I had Sunday, Mondays off) So I was able to spend the weekend and drive up on Monday morning for 8 o clock classes.

That was February. March was pretty much the same. Dallas had all ready told me that he loved me but I hadn't' yet. I knew I loved him but was reluctant because of my past 2 year horrible relationship. One day I got sick and he took me to the doctors and while I in being seen he called and had flowers delivered to his house. We got me all fixed up and we headed back to his house and there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for me. It was then that I told him that I loved him.

I was ready to met his family and hoped that they didn't hate me! I had to take Dallas to mine and hope they didn't hate him. When I met his family I loved them. I still had the worry that they were going to hate me and still worry that I am not good enough for Dallas. But so far they have been amazing.

So now comes "the Day!!" We were driving down to met my little sister. I have no idea what we were going for but Dallas and I were driving to Provo. As we were driving I asked him how long we were going to "do this?" Nice and romantic huh! He kinda just said until you are ready. We decided when we got home to look at rings the next day and that was it.

We found the perfect ring. I love it. It is perfect. We sent it off to get sized and Dallas and I made plans to have him come up when he got it. He got it on a Wednesday and he headed up to Logan. I had had a bad day and was pretty emotional and had been crying ( I have no idea why) We went to get dinner and bring it back to my apartment. We ordered Tiny spicy chicken and headed back to the apartment. When we got to my house he went to the back of the car, got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was snowing and cold and I started crying. He had a dozen long stemmed pink roses and my ring.

That is our story!

But it doesn't stop there. We were married on June 4th in Orangeville. It was a wonderful ceremony. Had a gorgeous reception. Me and Dallas stayed in the traditional honeymoon suite in Price at the super 8. ( yep high rollers.... there really isn't much else) where we had a amazing heart shaped tub!

In July we headed off to our honeymoon in Las Vegas where we stayed 5 days until I decided we should go home early because I was sick! ( I was pregnant and I wanted my own toilet to puke in and it was 115 and pregnant ladies were suppose to stay inside)

After that we had a Gorgeous and amazing dinner for family and friends at the Beehive house in downtown. It was so nice and was perfect for us. We had such a great time.

Fast forward a few months. We were married not very long and we were still getting use to each other when we had our HUGE bundle of Joy. Ty was 15 weeks early and so we spent three months getting to know him and still getting use to each other.

One year and six days after we were married for Time we were sealed for Time and Eternity! Dallas is now mine forever!

In the last three years we have endured a unemployment, 3 month NICU stay, seven surgeries, five of those brain surgeries, 2 surgeries for me, a move to another state, a death of a grandparent and many daily struggles with Tyler. Yet every day I wake up and think of how lucky I am. I think " what can I do to make Dallas happier today?"

I love my life. I wouldn't change any part of it. I can't wait to spend eternity with Dallas,

Happy Anniversary!!
