Happy fathers Day and Mac day to US!

OK so I did the Father's Day post but Here is what we did. It was a good day. We stopped feeling like we were going to die. I was SO glad we stopped feeling so crappy. The whole week we were sick Dallas has been craving Prime rib. Of course he would then get nausea and so I wasn't sure if he REALLY wanted it.

We had reservations and we were looking forward to getting out. Ty was a mess and he had thrown all his stuff for the millionth time. I decided to put him in the tub. He even let me comb his hair. He is so stinking cute.We headed into Gilbert and made our reservation at 4. We went to the Keg. Dallas favorite restaurant (other than sushi and Braza in Utah)We had Tyler with us and he was a Perfect kiddo. We got our dinner ordered and Ty was trying out the Mushrooms neptune. He sucked on a lemon and chowed down on the fries and Chicken strips. Dallas and I ordered the YUMMY Prime rib dinner.
So so Yummy. It was just what our swine flu infected household needed to make us feel all better. It was such a nice dinner. We can't express how much we love Tyler and how easy he is to take with us out to nice places to eat. He was so good. It made for the perfect day for a perfect father.

Ok Really what made the day was our stop at the Apple store. Or maybe that was just Icing on the cake. At least for Dallas.

BUT it did put a exciting spin on Today... MACDAY!

What is Macday you ask.

Its like a birthday Only better. You get way more fun Toys. Like a macbook Pro! Yep. He got me a new laptop. I love it. It works so much better than the Macbook he bought me before. More memory, better EVERYTHING. I LOVE it.

The end of the day we had a bath. Notice the cut on his nose and right above his eye. Barney and Tyler were having a dance off. Ty is like a drunken sailor, and he crashed into the box that the Computer came in. Nice huh. Nothing that a couple kisses can't fix. He is so CUTE!

Happy Fathers Day

I wanted to take the time to wish Dallas a happy fathers day. I was hoping to have made a wonderful meal, cleaned the house from top to bottom and waited on him hand and foot. Instead we are all getting better from the swine flu.

I did want to take the time to share with everyone just how amazing he is. From the day that I met him he was always so kind and gentle. He has always held me to the highest standard and treated me like a princess. He has never said a harsh word, never lied to me, and never not provided for me and Tyler. All of our needs and always our wants are taken care of.

He has cleaned up more than his fair share of sickness, from both me and Tyler and he always does more than his fair share of the work. I honestly don't know how he puts up with me.

Tyler lights up when Dallas comes into the room. He loves Dallas so much. Every night Tyler watches for Dallas to see if he will chase him into the bathroom in time for his bath. He is always and has always told Dallas all about his day even when we can't understand what he has to say. Dallas has been patient with Tyler and is constantly helping us be better with his care. He never complains when he has to go to the yucky appointments where he has to hold Tyler down, or when I need his strength to just get me through. Thank you for being a wonderful priesthood holder. Thank you for giving us blessings when we need the strength.
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would find someone as wonderful as you. Never in my wildest dreams would I ever love anyone like I love you. I love you so much. Thank you for making me a mom. Thank you for believing in me and believing in our family. Thank you for being a wonderful father, husband and best friend. We couldn't have asked for a better.

Grandpa Brown and Labrum your presents will be there in the mail within the week. It took longer than expected to have them both done. But they will be there.



To Shane: You have been through a tough year. You have weathered well. Keep being the amazing priesthood holder in your home that you have been all year. Noah and Lily and especially Crys are so proud to have you as their dad.



Josh: you have made it. Keep working hard to keep that little family together. We are proud of you and hope that you are able to find a job soon. ( I hate the thought of you guys stuck in Orangeville)



Barrett: Congrats on the graduation. You deserve it. You are a great example and will make a good doctor!



Dad: I miss spending those days waxing and stripping floors ( and in my case FALLING) and being able to talk. We are praying your surgery is a success and you will feel better fast and get back on your feet. We love you and wish you could come visit soon.



Ken: Thank you for being the father to Dallas that you are. I have the most amazing husband and he is the most loving father. For that I am forever thankful.


To Dallas: You are the love of my life. Thank you for being the best and most amazing dad in the world. Tyler loves you so much. It makes my heart happy to hear him roar at you or to go and give you kisses. To see the look on your face when you get home from work he wants you to pick him up. What look on your face. I love you so much. Thank you for being on this roller coaster with me. I love you to eternity.
