A Wish.......

A dream is a wish your heart makes
When you're fast asleep
In dreams you lose your heartaches
Whatever you wish for, you keep
Have faith in your dreams and someday
Your rainbow will come smiling thru
No matter how your heart is grieving
If you keep on believing
the dream that you wish will come true!

A few months ago, in passing, in the very last sentence of our blog we mentioned that Tyler was nominated to become a Wish kid and gets/got to make a wish. We officially got the go ahead and feel like we can shout from the roof tops. 

Tyler got his wish Granted!

We did have a little party to make his wish in the Wish granters Tower. A few people came and supported him and after his wish was made we were asked to write a letter expressing why his wish was what it was. 

We were a little down. You see, Ty wished for a Disney Cruise. While you all might think that is OUR dream, Tyler wants to meet Mickey Mouse, play with captain Hook on the big boat with Oars and go to the beach. While Ideally that would be take our children to Disneyland, but Tyler can’t see. So the next best thing is the cruise. 

So we wrote our letter and waited.. and waited. Our wish granters came by and brought a wonderful gift. A letter, from the wish granter himself. 

We are GOING ON A DISNEY CRUISE!!

 We are waiting for our passports. Then off we go.
