We are aware of hydrocepehalus. Due to the brain bleeds that Ty had he developed hydrocephalus. .That landed us at PCMC where we met our life line, Dr. Walker.
We got our first shunt in April of 2006, revised in May of 2006 and previous to the shunt was a total skull reconstruction. In Feb. 2007 we had another total skull reconstruction. We started our next round of shunts in August of 2008 and Sept of 2008 we had another.
We are currently stable.
I want to get a few facts in about hydrocephalus this week so stay tuned.
