Ty's new bed

Ty has been out of his crib and in a toddler bed for a LONG time but we had never made the jump to a bigger boy bed. He is SOOO tiny still. Since we moved to Utah we have been allowing him to sleep with us when he wakes up in the night. Since he has been in a toddler bed I don't have to go get him and the amount of crying has decreased cause he can just get out.

So since we have been letting him sleep in here I am the lucky winner of a night on an air mattress. I don't mind generally but lately I have spent so much time in there I hurt when I get up in the morning.

So we decided to get him a twin bed and went out in search of some sheets for it. I SWORE on my life I wouldn't by cartoon character shirts and stuff but Mickey mouse is preschooler crack we decided we would get the sheets. We waited on the comforter in case the idea that Mickey Mouse was in his bed would keep him up at night.

Well the good news Mickey doesn't keep him up all night. The bad news, it doesn't keep him in his bed any longer. The GOOD news: I don't sleep on an air mattress.
