We had an upper GI for Ty today. It was bright and early and he had to go without food and water. Poor kid was STARVING but not starving enough to enjoy the barium like his cousin Kayden.
He ate about 2 ounces and we couldn't convince him of the Yumminess of radioactive fluid so we got him to relax and his tummy started emptying and there was no visible reflux. So I guess we try option number to figure out his sleeping issues. For now the meds are working and he doesn't get up as much.
We also did the rest of our shopping. There was so many people. Walmart was nuts and around the mall was crazy. Traffic was horrible. I spent the least amount of time in Toysrus. I did find the ulitmate gift for Ty. Hopefully he will like it.

If you are still thinking the issues are along the lines of reflux, ask for a 24 hour PH probe. It can be eye opening, even with the absence of reflux on an upper GI (which is only a snapshot of one moment).
On the other hand... sleeping issues are super common in preemies, even without reflux.
I hope you find answers (or at least a solution).
